If not provided, please email admin@hospecoonline.com or call 1300 92 74 76 66 and provide your invoice/order number and we will shortly let you know the ETA of your delivery.

We believe in best price policy and transparency in freight charges.
We offer the lowest prices on all our models and most competitive freight rates.
When you finish making your selection, you will be offered the option to calculate freight at the checkout page, please submit your shipping details including the suburb and you will be informed of the exact shipping cost.

Do I need to sign my delivery?
Yes, in most cases you do, unless you specify in your order, If you would like to deliver your order without a signature please mark the instructions clearly on your order.
Call request before delivery
Please provide a contact detail (full name, phone number) and request for a call before delivery.
What if a product is out of stock?
We will contact you with an ETA and/or substitute product.
Local Pickup
You can pick up your order locally from our NSW shop/warehouse – 17 Elizabeth St, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164
